Hi guys! HBO finally released the official trailer for the 7th season of Game of Thrones after an agonizing 11-month wait. The 90-second preview revealed the stakes facing Westeros this year with Queen Daenerys (played by Emilia Clarke) declaring that she was born to rule the Seven Kingdoms as she got a new throne while Ser Davos (played by Liam Cunningham) noted that if they didn’t fight the Night King and his army of the dead it wouldn’t matter whose skeleton would sit on the Iron Throne.

Also the banished Melisandre (played by Carice Van Houten) returned, Daenerys put her hand on Westeros soil after disembarking at Dragonstone, Missandei (played by Nathalie Emmanuel) and Grey Worm (played by Jacob Anderson) got intimate, Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) strangled Littlefinger (played by Aidan Gillen) after Littlefinger told Sansa (played by Sophie Turner) that she was the last best hope against the coming storm, Cersei (played by Lena Headey) plotted her war strategy in a new Red Keep map room, the Dothraki and a dragon charged across a field and Theon was seen on a fiery battle on a ship.

Despite the smaller episode count, this season might turn out to be the most epic one so far. With a suspicious absence of characters like Bran and Brienne from the trailer, Game of Thrones season 7 is set to return 16th July and I am all shades of excited! Here’s the trailer..
